Chief Executive Officer
Landis Graden
Landis Graden is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of DCG Strategies. Landis is a serial entrepreneur having founded over 10 companies. Most recently, he is the Co-founder of a technology start-up company as well as a Co-founder and Board Member of United Tech Cities (www.unitedtechcities.com), a non-profit organization focused on preparing underrepresented youth and young adults for fulfilling careers in STEAM fields.
In 1997, Landis founded Penn & Graden Properties, a residential properties acquisition company, leaving behind a very successful career at a Fortune 500 company. At Penn & Graden, Landis managed multiple real estate investment groups that were focused on acquiring, rehabilitating, and selling undervalued Bay Area properties, all of which resulted in positive returns for investors.
Landis currently serves on the Executive Board of Alignment Bay Area, the Advisory Board of the Solano African American Chamber of Commerce and has served prior as Board Member on the Vallejo Chamber of Commerce, Board Member for the Community Democratic Club of Solano County, Board Member for East Oakland Community Development Corporation, Board Member of Brighter Beginnings, Board Member of Glad Tiding’s Community Development Corporation and the City of Hayward’s Economic Development Committee.
As past Chair of the City of Vallejo’s Planning Commission, Landis blends his business acumen with a local grasp of his community’s needs and values. Fusing opportunity, understanding, and experience has enabled Landis to pursue projects that strengthen the community’s economic base, attract new business and jobs, and work towards a sustained, healthy, robust future for the coming generation.
Landis currently coaches youth basketball and is an engaged and active member of his local community. A licensed real estate broker, Landis earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco, an MBA from Holy Names University and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Divinity from Claremont School of Theology.

Lauren Jennings
Born and raised in Oakland, California, Lauren Jennings is passionate about supporting and creating the advancement and empowerment of women. A graduate of Cornell University, Lauren serves as the President of DCG Strategies and is responsible for the strategic implementation of daily business operations.
Lauren has invested significant time in volunteer and leadership activities over the years, including mentoring high school young women to build their self-esteem and empower them to fulfill their highest potential. Currently, Lauren serves as Worship Leader for Kingdom Builders Christian Fellowship in Oakland. She serves on the board for the Cornell Hotel Society, Northern California Chapter and recently completed her term as the 2020 President of CREW, East Bay, an organization dedicated to enhancing professional growth and business opportunities for women in commercial real estate. Lauren was nominated for and recognized in 2017 as a Rising Rockstar, an award given to exceptional women, thirty-five years and younger, who are influential, dynamic and show early promise as an industry leader.
Lauren is a member of and volunteers with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and the Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador Network. Lauren earned her California Department of Real Estate License in 2015.

Vice President
Megan MacIver
Megan MacIver joined DCG Strategies in 2022 and serves as Vice President of Real Estate. In her role, Megan oversees strategic projects and real estate strategy for all of DCG’s clients, with a special focus on faith-based communities.
Prior to DCG, she led the Sales and Marketing team at The Signal Group, a diversified shipping services group with offices in London and Athens. In addition, Ms. MacIver served as a Vice President in the International Capital Group at Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) in New York, where she launched and led JLL’s Portfolio Advisory Service, a boutique acquisition advisory consultancy that evaluates and executes portfolio investments into the U.S. on behalf of foreign institutional investor clients. In that role, she led deal sourcing, market analysis, financial analysis, lease review, and closing on more than $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions across the office, industrial and retail sectors. Her clients included leading global institutional investors including major European Insurance Companies, Sovereign Wealth Funds as well as Family Offices.
Prior to joining JLL, Ms. MacIver was Investor Relations and Marketing Associate at CIP Capital and worked as an Urban Planning Associate at Project for Public Spaces, an international urban planning, education, and advocacy firm for grassroots-led public space development.
Ms. MacIver is a Candidate for Ordination in the Metropolitan New York Synod of the ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America) and is working towards the completion of her Master’s of Divinity Degree at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary in Berkeley, California. She leads Children’s Ministry at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church San Francisco.
She holds a B.A. from The University of Chicago and an M.S. in Urban Planning from the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation at Columbia University.
VP of Real Estate Development
Carl Morabito
As the Vice President of Real Estate Development Services, Carl supports DCG’s mission and clients in all aspects of residential and mixed-use development.
As a veteran of the development community, Carl has managed residential and mixed-use projects throughout California since the mid 1990’s. In his prior roles, he has run divisions for large home builders in both Northern and Southern California and is passionate about providing housing for families as well as creating a strong sense of community in the neighborhoods he has developed and teams he has lead.
With his knowledge and expertise, Carl brings valuable strategies for development feasibility and entitlement of property that has a residential focus.
Carl resides in the Bay Area with his wife and family. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree, with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, from the University of Southern California.
Commercial Brokerage Services
Ria Cotton-Landry
Ria Cotton-Landry joined DCG in 2024 and serves our commercial real estate clients as a Broker-Associate.
In her role, Ria brings her expertise in real estate development, property management, and strategic planning to clients seeking support with their real estate ventures. She works closely with clients to guide them through the stages of site selection, feasibility studies, design, construction, and occupancy.
Ria is also actively involved in professional organizations and currently serves as the President of the California Association of Real Estate Brokers (2023-2025). In this role, she works to improve the business conditions of NAREB® Realtist® members across California.
Ria began her real estate career in 2004, supporting loan origination, appraisal, and underwriting for a Savings & Loan institution. She has received industry recognition, including the 2020 Entrepreneur of the Year award from Powerful Women of The Bay and Oakland Magazine’s 2022 Reader’s Choice Award for Top 5 Real Estate Companies.
Outside of her professional work, Ria is a wife and mother to three adult children and six bonus children.

Gail Henderson
Gail Henderson joined DCG in 2018 and serves our commercial real estate clients as a Broker-Associate.
With over 10 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Gail is known for her ability to network and negotiate and her organizational, marketing and technical skills. With an extensive background as a Human Resources professional prior to her real estate career, she knows how to keep your transaction on track, on time, and your private life confidential.
Gail holds a Master of Public Administration Degree with a concentration in Health Care Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development with a minor in Personnel Administration Industrial Relations. Prior to obtaining her Real Estate Broker’s license, Gail worked as Human Resource professional as a Manager, Generalist and eventually specializing in Human Resource Information Systems. Her industry experience spans several organizations in the fields of Health Care, Non-Profit, City Government and High-Tech.

Project Manager
Susanah Mathew
Susanah Mathew joined DCG Strategies in June 2024 as a Project Manager, bringing valuable experience in project management and client collaboration.
In her role, Susanah works closely with clients to define goals, establish design and technical criteria, and lead project teams to achieve consensus while ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet expectations.
Before joining DCG Strategies, Susanah worked as a Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) and at Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL), where she was responsible for managing multiple high-value client accounts and overseeing the successful completion of construction projects. She excelled in navigating complex challenges, prioritizing client satisfaction, vendor management, and building strong relationships to deliver on-time, on-budget results.
Susanah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from California Baptist University, where she was deeply involved in initiatives combating human trafficking and worked with local organizations to support the unhoused. Her dedication to community service has been a defining aspect of her career.
Faith-based Real Estate Services
Dion Roberts
Dion Roberts has over 20 years of experience developing and implementing high quality supportive housing programs and homeless services in San Francisco. Dion worked for the San Francisco Human Services Agency where she managed the Family Supportive Housing Program. Through partnerships with San Francisco government agencies, affordable housing developers, and community–based organizations, Dion was instrumental in the development and delivery to market of more than fifteen hundred affordable housing units for families with children.
Dion was also the executive director at one of San Francisco’s oldest affordable housing sites for women only. Dion executed the organization’s mission to end the cycle of violence, poverty, and homelessness for single adult women through the delivery of housing programs and enhanced housing retention services.
Dion is a California licensed real estate agent and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of San Francisco in Information Systems Management. She holds other certifications relating to affordable housing development and management. Dion is a native San Franciscan and continues to live in the neighborhood she was raised in. Dion is a member of her local church, is a Certified Lay Servant, and sings in the choir. She is a proud grandmother of Antonio.

Luisa Sinipata
Luisa Sinipata combines extensive business and legal experience giving her clients the advantage of a real estate agent capable of understanding more than just the real estate implications of a transaction. Her clients are represented by a real estate agent who understands the ever-changing challenges and pragmatic decisions facing today’s business and real estate professional.
Luisa is currently licensed to practice law in California, where she focuses her practice on nonprofit, real estate, and corporate transactional matters. Prior to practicing law, Luisa had 10+ years of business-to-business sales experience, both in business development and management roles, helping small businesses in the south bay become compliant and competitive. One of these roles consisted of her having FINRA Series 6 & Series 63 licenses while she worked for a Fortune 500 broker dealer.
Luisa is a member of the California Bar and the Santa Clara County Bar Association and a member of the Real Estate and Business law section of the California Lawyer’s Association.
Luisa graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with magna cum laude and from San Francisco Law School where she received her J.D. while working full time and attending law school in the evenings. She also has a Master of Science degree in applied behavioral analysis from National University to aid her pro bono work in the community.

Humberto Vasquez
Humberto Vasquez joined DCG in 2018 and serves our residential and commercial clients through brokerage and property management services.
As a Broker Associate and having been born and raised in the Bay Area, Humberto offers an in-depth knowledge of the bay area market. He has been a full time real estate professional since acquiring his real estate license in 2002. Humberto has been recognized as a consistent top producer and his client base is mainly repeat buyers and sellers and their referrals of friends and family. Being fluent in Spanish, his bilingual language abilities provide a unique resource for Spanish speaking clients.
Humberto believes in listening and addressing clients’ needs first. He truly believes in communicating with and being there for every single client, at all stages of the transaction. He believes in service that doesn’t stop after the closings and offers clients a high level of market knowledge, service, loyalty and integrity.
