DCG Strategies, a Bay Area-based real estate firm with a distinct mission to serve California’s community-benefit organizations, announces the addition of two members to its expanding leadership team: Ross White, Vice President of Brokerage Operations, and Cort Gross, Affordable Housing & Financial Services.
As VP of Brokerage Operations, White will oversee the company’s corporate brokerage services and real estate transactions. With nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience, he previously served as a broker for SRS Real Estate Partners (formerly Staubach Retail) and JLL (Jones Long LaSalle). Most recently, White owned a boutique brokerage firm in the East Bay assisting clients with retail needs, including site selection analysis, asset sales and leasing, as well as strategic brand expansions throughout the Bay Area.

A native Californian and University of Utah alumnus, Ross is active with local and national Utah alumni associations as well as their athletic fundraising. Currently, Ross resides in Danville with his family.
Gross, who will be overseeing affordable housing and financial consulting services at DCG, brings more than 30 years of financial consulting experience and a true passion for working with faith-based and social purpose entities to the team. Most recently, he served as Executive Director and Senior Banker at JPMorgan Chase Community Development Bank with a focus on affordable housing finance. In addition to many years consulting on a range of community asset building projects, he also served as Chief Financial Officer of nonprofit housing developer BRIDGE Housing Corporation, Vice President of Affordable Housing with mortgage banker TRI Capital Corporation, and Program Manager for Lending with nonprofit financial intermediary the Low-Income Housing Fund.

Cort received his bachelor’s degree in History at Stanford University and his Master of Divinity degree in Liberation Theology at Yale University. He lives in San Francisco.
