Dutra Cerro Graden (DCG) will co-sponsor an interactive workshop for city leaders to help them create property management plans that both satisfy the requirements of AB 1484 and benefit their city in the long term. Other sponsors include California Redevelopment Association, California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED), Management Partners, Goldfarb and Lipman LLP, the City of San Leandro, and the City of Hayward.
The workshop will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, from 10:00am to 2:00pm at Hayward City Hall. This workshop is designed to help city leaders, including City Managers, City Attorneys, Community Development Directors and Economic Development Directors, create property management plans that are right for their city, and produce results their city council and community will appreciate and support.
