Dutra Cerro Graden is pleased to announce that Concetta Lewis has joined the company as Office Manager. Prior to joining DCG, Concetta worked as Office Manager for State Farm Insurance agent Michael Rizzo for the past 25 years. Responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments and identifying customer needs for State Farm, her innovations led to increased sales and improved customer experiences. These positive experiences often led to multiple generations of families as clients. A great fit for the DCG culture, Concetta’s approach to customer service is one that fosters loyalty through caring and compassion. In her personal life, she has deep roots in the Fremont and local Bay Area community and enjoys the social contact in the many city events and activities. We welcome Concetta to the DCG team.
