Dutra Cerro Graden Leads Effort in Sale of Sunnyvale Property

Hayward, CA (September 15, 2012) — Dutra Cerro Graden, Inc. (DCG), a  commercial real estate firm, announced the sale of a property in Sunnyvale, CA. DCG’s hallmark is creating Strategic Asset Management Plans for its clients which often lead to significant asset valuation. In this deal, the goal was to provide the owners of the approximate 6.6-acre property at 1116 & 1130 Mathilda Avenue, located north of Highway 237, with an exceptional plan that would result in maximizing the value of the property.

Dominic Dutra, DCG’s CEO, successfully led a team of legal professionals, land planners and civil engineers in accomplishing this goal. DCG was contacted to provide development consulting services and a disposition plan, which led to preliminary entitlement efforts and a quiet marketing of the property to key Class A Office Developers in Silicon Valley.  Jay Paul Company, a privately held real estate firm headquartered in San Francisco, CA was selected as the buyer and plans to redevelop the Moffett Park site as part of a larger Class A office campus similar to its successful 1.8 million square foot Moffett Towers project.
