Over the last several months, Dutra-Cerro-Graden has hired three new Associates to accommodate continued growth and client needs. The DCG team welcomed Glenn Nate and Corinna Elias in March, and Denise Kees in April.
As a Broker Associate, Glenn is focused on supporting the company’s Land Use Analysis activities as well as commercial and special use real estate transactions. A graduate of University of California Berkeley, Glenn found immediate success in real estate as Managing Director of the Loan Modification Division of a residential real estate brokerage in Hayward, CA. Outside of work, he is dedicated to helping his community through work with non-profits and his church.
Corinna began her Sales and Marketing career while working as a Loan Officer for a Mortgage Broker in 1993. She has an innate talent for quickly developing customer referrals as a result of providing excellent service to her clients, and will continue to do so as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Dutra-Cerro-Graden.
Having graduated from the prestigious School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, where she studied Real Estate and Law, Denise started Your Personal Assistant Co., a virtual assistant company located in Oakland, CA. An active volunteer in multiple local organizations, Denise brings her expertise to DCG in the areas of Project Management and Transaction Coordination.
